The Umi Sushi & Oyster Bar expansion is currently underway at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA.
Umi means “sea” in Japanese. Recently featured in Indian Gaming magazine, the remodel and expansion of the bar and lounge on the casino floor will provide 17 additional seats for a total of 37 seats. The renovation includes new custom woodworking with LED-lit display shelving, new flat screen TVs, and modern lighting. The underwater, sea foam interior design theme, which incorporates the look of colorful sea glass and sunken jewels within the railings, will be carried into the additional seating area. Construction began in July with completion anticipated by the fall 2022.
