Mixed-use residential/retail development set to open this fall

Project update: As featured in Urbanize LA, the Province San Gabriel--a mixed-use development in San Gabriel, California, is nearing completion. Originally planned as condos, the project will debut as senior apartments.
The contemporary six-story building will feature 127 residential units—with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans--above approximately 75,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial/retail space and basement parking for 483 vehicles.
Kollin Altomare provided entitlement design for the project, with KTGY serving as the architect of record. Anticipated to open by Fall 2024, the finished product closely resembles the conceptual renderings. The project site is located at 400 W. Valley Boulevard, about 10 miles northeast of Los Angeles.
