Kollin Altomare is leading this renovation effort, in collaboration with Whitespace Interiors, that will provide a new ultra-luxe boutique lodging experience at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Situated on the property’s west side, the exclusive enclave of 119 villa-style studios and one-bedroom suites will offer 50 one-bedroom villas and 69 studios with private relaxation pool, reception/check-in area, and parking.
The reimagined 700 square-foot Privado Studio features custom residential-style furnishings inspired by the natural beauty of the Southwest, a palatial bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower, gourmet-goods stocked mini bar, cozy indoor fireplace, mounted televisions, coffee café barista bar, private outdoor patio, and spacious walk-in closet.
The One-Bedroom Suite includes 850 square feet of space including all of the same comforts as the studio, in addition to a private bedroom.
Named for the Spanish word for "private," Privado Villas offers a new and higher class of rooms for the hotel guest (ultra-luxe) that redefines the most luxurious experience the hotel can provide.
