Outer Reef Now Open
at Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa

The Outer Reef at Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa recently opened in Dana Point, CA. Our design team worked closely with The Kloss Group LLC and the hotel on this renovation project resulting in the creation of a new coastal seafood restaurant and bar exemplifying an elevated concept of surf and turf in Orange County.
The design reflects Dana Point’s mix of elegant sophistication and casual coastal culture. The relaxed ocean-view dining experience includes an outdoor patio with fire pits, a 1,000-gallon saltwater aquarium, and a lively bar with a curated cocktail program. Spearheaded by celebrity Michelin-starred Chef John Tesar, Outer Reef pairs seafood sourced exclusively from the Pacific Coast with bold flavors of prime meats.
Originally slated to open in the spring of 2020, the long-awaited restaurant opening is part of a $25 million renovation of the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality.
