New Resort Hotel to Debut in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Revel Coast Resort anticipated to open October 2023

We are pleased to be working with Revel Coast Capital on a new resort hotel in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Kollin Altomare is providing architectural and interior design services in collaboration with local architect BIMMX. CREDE Group, headquartered in Irvine, California, is executing the development and project management.
Currently in the early design stage, the new hotel will be located on the site of the Mar de Cortez Hotel at 140 Lazaro Cardenas. The existing hotel property will be demolished to make way for the new four-story, 90-room all-suites hotel to include an integrated themed music / bar venue, restaurant, boutique retail shop, fitness center, pools, water features, courtyard, beach-themed rooftop bar, and a proposed three-story casino building.
Anticipated to open by October 2023, the hotel will debut as “Revel Coast Resort.”
Michael Kollin, President & CEO of Kollin Altomare Architects is directing the overall development of the project. Brian Husting, Architect is leading design efforts, along with Bryan Pliez, designer, and Kate Hartmann, director of interior design. Consultant team includes: CaboConstruction, Structural engineer: DISIPA Ingenieria Estructural, and MEP by EIICSA.
