We were invited by GROHE, the leading global brand for complete bathroom solutions and kitchen fittings, to be immersed in the GROHE philosophy of product design and execution. And what better way to understand as a design professional what it takes to develop and stay on the leading edge of plumbing fixture technology and design than a tour of the GROHE Design Studio and Corporate Center in the heart of Düsseldorf, Germany?

Michael Seum gave us a private tour of their Design Studio where he and his team of over 20 designers work to develop new product innovations and solutions. This facility houses the GROHE Store, a cutting-edge showroom and dedicated communication centre. We later toured their production site in Hemer, Germany where more than seven million fittings and cartridges are manufactured every year.
