BITAC Luxury 2023
Caribe Hilton – San Juan, Puerto Rico
March 7, 2023
Day one at BITAC Luxury 2023 attended by Michael Kollin kicked off at the Caribe Hilton San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 5th.
The team at BITAC Events once again put together a great annual hospitality event. The morning general session included a panel discussion on “Curating the New Luxury Experience” followed by productive meetings with select industry buyers and suppliers. The day was capped off with dinner under the stars and a game night.
Day two included interesting panel discussions on Reimagining Hospitality - Wellness Trends by Lori Alford, Donald Nevins, Veronica Schreibeis Smith, and Surpreet Singh, as well as Today’s Luxury Challenges by Rich Cortese of Aimbridge Hospitality, Rado Ivanov, AIA of Marriott International, and Jak Severson of The Experience Resorts.
Michael Kollin engaged in one-on-one supplier sessions and the annual Smucker’s PB&J Challenge that created 834 meals. BITAC helped to support the local charity ‘El Comedor de la Kennedy’ led by Chef Clemente with a donation of $1,300 for his work feeding the children and elderly in Puerto Rico. Couldn’t ask for better views and weather for the cocktail party and dinner that followed, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Huge thanks to J. Viola, Emily Melgar at BITAC, and to all the vendors and suppliers for supporting this event.
