Congratulations to our job captain Hudson Deaton, AIA on passing his architecture licensing exams and officially becoming a licensed architect in the state of California! Our Long Beach office staff honored Hudson with a surprise champagne toast to celebrate his accomplishment.

Hudson began his career as an architectural intern with Kollin Altomare in 2017 before graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Architecture.

Hudson elevates the overall team effort and quality of work to ensure a successful project, completed on schedule and budget. His experience with the firm includes various urban and resort hotel renovations and additions such as The Beverly Hilton Hotel, Hotel Paradox, Autograph Collection in Santa Cruz, and the Riverhouse Lodge in Bend, Oregon.

Hudson was recently honored by the AIA Long Beach/South Bay chapter along with other newly licensed architect members, at their Annual Meeting and holiday party at the Long Beach Petroleum Club.
