Now open at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Arizona, the new Casa Grande serves as a welcome center and clubhouse exclusively to guests of the Privado Villas.

Casa Grande elevates luxury with its chic lobby-lounge and effortless indoor/outdoor space overlooking TPC Scottsdale's iconic golf course. The 2,750 square-foot Italian villa-style building incorporates natural stone, abundant natural light, and motifs reflective of the Sonoran Desert. A tranquil courtyard and scenic viewing terrace complete the serene experience.

Situated on the property’s west side, the ultra-luxe Privado Villas were completed in 2022 by Kollin Altomare and encompass 119 exclusive residential-style studios and suites with private arrival courtyards, relaxation pool and bar.
