Palos Verdes Golf Club Kicks Off
Restaurant and bar interior renovation

We’re excited to begin working with the Palos Verdes Golf Club on renovations to their restaurant and bar in Palos Verdes Estates, California. The Clubhouse is one of the original structures on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and is designated a Historical Building by the Palos Verdes Historical Society.
Opened in 1924, this private club is part of 800 acres of parkland overlooking Santa Monica Bay with views of the Southern California coastline from Redondo Beach to Malibu, the city lights of Los Angeles, and the distant mountain ranges to the east.
Our project team includes: Michael Kollin, Paul Altomare, Bob Villanueva, and Rudy Calderon, along with MHP – structural engineers; CRO – MEP; Bowden Assoc – F&B; Clear on Black - Interiors.
