Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Receives Smart Stars Award
As the Best Desert Hotel by Smart Meetings

We're pleased to share that the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess has received a Smart Stars Award in the category of Best Desert Hotel by Smart Meetings magazine - Reader’s Choice for Brilliant Places. We’re proud to have been involved in the design of this outstanding property.
Adjoining the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess hotel, the Palomino Conference Center (pictured in leading photo) was created to provide a much-needed venue in the immediate area for mid-sized to large corporate and private events. Kollin Altomare designed the new $25 million space with maximum flexibility, taking into account nearly every possible event type and size. Totaling 60,000 SF, the facility includes a 24,000 SF ballroom, and 9,000 SF of meeting space with 14,500 SF of adjacent pre-function space. Flowing outside, events can expand into 25,000 SF of pre-function patio area and a 7,500 SF meeting room patio. All surrounded by 35,000 SF of new landscaping.
